Terms and Conditions

Time and kilometers will be charged from garage to garage.

If the vehicles run beyond 4 hours or 40 km the rate will change to the next slab 8 hours or 80 km. If this slab also crossed then Extra per km/hours will be charged.

Parking, Toll Tax, Interstate border taxes extra and shall be reimbursed to GATS TRAVELS as per actual.

Smoking and Drinking are not permitted inside the car.

Outstation Trips shall be calculated @250 km per day or the total km traveled, whichever is higher.

GST shall be charged @1 2.00% on gross value of services rendered (including parking, toll tax etc).

We request to check your belongings before releasing the car GATS TRAVELS is not responsible for loss of any material left in the vehicle by the passenger.

Passenger Details provided at the time of booking are final, and cannot be changed.

Pets, Animals, Birds are not permitted in the car, and if found, the passenger is bound to be alighted (get out) from car.

GATS TRAVELS is not liable for cabin baggage loss/theft/damage.
